Merry Markdowns Terms and Conditions:

  1. Payment Deadline: To qualify for the 35% discount, full payment must be received on or before 26 January 2024. Upon payment, credit will be issued to the delegate, which can be used to book class dates as per the course schedule.
  2. Course Scheduling: Course dates are subject to a pre-planned hybrid VILT (via MS Teams) schedule, and availability may vary. Delegates are required to book their course dates based on their availability within the specified time frames:
    • Microsoft Office Courses (only available for day classes): Booking for Microsoft Office courses must be completed for sessions scheduled no later than March 2024.
    • CompTIA Courses: Booking for CompTIA courses is valid for sessions that will commence in 2024, with the last eligible booking date being 30 April 2024.
  3. Discount Validity: The promotional discount applies to delegates who made their inquiry AND payment during the “Merry Markdowns” festive season promotion between 15 December 2023 and 26 January 2024.
  4. Credit Utilization: The credit issued post-payment must be used to book the relevant course(s) within the specified booking period. Failure to book within this period may result in forfeiture of the discount.
  5. No Refunds: Payments made under this promotion are final and non-refundable. The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
  6. Changes to Course Schedule: CTU Corporate Training Unlimited reserves the right to alter course schedules or cancel courses. In addition: CTU shall be entitled to – but not obligated to – cancel or reschedule a course or courses for which the individual or company has booked in terms hereof if there are only six (6) or fewer students in total that have booked for the same course or courses.
  7. Promotion Restrictions: The promotion is not transferable, and the discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
  8. Compliance with Regulations: All participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Disputes: Any disputes relating to this promotion will be resolved by CTU Corporate Training Unlimited at its sole discretion.
  10. Promotion Amendment: CTU Corporate Training Unlimited retains the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any amendments will be communicated appropriately.
  11. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this promotion constitutes the delegate’s full and unconditional agreement to these amended terms and conditions.
